When it comes to medical concerns, women often face significant underdiagnosis for conditions like autism, heart disease, even endometriosis and PCOS. When we know something is off in our bodies, it’s common to have our symptoms dismissed or receive inadequate guidance, leaving us struggling to find the right treatment in order to live fulfilling lives. In this episode, we follow the stories of women who have searched - and found - answers to their medical issues when medical systems failed to see the bigger picture of menstruating bodies.
